Compensation & Hours:

• This is a temporary position
• Pay range: $26-31/hr., depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm
• On-site role in Lethbridge, AB

Position Summary:

• Completing detailed credit card and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial information
• Processing, validating, and reconciling invoices with efficiency
• Coordinating employee payments and ensuring salaries are processed correctly and on time
• Preparing and releasing payments promptly
• Digitizing, organizing, and labeling financial documents
• Compiling and presenting monthly financial statements
• Submitting GST filings
• Carrying out monthly and annual audit-related tasks
• Creating and recording journal entries to support proper financial tracking

Required Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Professional interpersonal skills and strong client-service mindset
• Ability to prioritize workloads and consistently meet deadlines
