SUMMARY:




Reporting to the Divisional Controller, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting our finance team with daily accounting and administrative duties. The Accounting Clerk will ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, compliance with regulations, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities



Accounts Payable: Invoice entry Accounts Receivable: Invoice entry Cash posting and daily bank reconciliation support Data entry for accounting transactions Filing, document organization, and record maintenance

Qualifications



Experience in AP, AR, and cash posting Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software Organized and able to manage routine tasks efficiently

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:




This role is conducted in an office environment requiring some or all the following:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstation Repetitive hand and arm movements Occasional lifting up to 20lbs may be required Frequent reaching, grasping, pushing or pulling, bending or twisting motions Walking short distances and standing for meetings or other office activities

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
