Telephone Operator
Job Description
•We are a 24/7 Inbound Answering Service looking for a dynamic individual who has excellent customer service.•
•We are looking for a person interested in working PART-TIME and who has a flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends. Potential for full time work.•
•Emphasis will be placed on applicants who can work the afternoon shifts and some day shifts and, at times, be willing to be on-call for short notice shift work.•
•Our shifts vary as follows:•
•DAYTIME SHIFTS: 7am or 8am to 2pm, 3pm or 330pm•
•AFTERNOON SHIFTS: 2pm or 3pm to 9pm or 11pm . Some 4pm to 8pm shifts as well.•
•WEEKENDS: variations on the above shifts•
•Typing speed of 55 wpm. Comfortable with computers•
•Fluent with speaking and writing English•
•Customer Service Experience with a "happy" voice and professional and polite demeanor.•
