We are looking for a Telemarketer seeking a new and rewarding career. Successful applicant will be responsible support the sales team on behalf of The Bridg Group of Companies. This is a full-time position with a great opportunity to grow within a fast-growing organization.
Position:
Sales Specialist/Telemarketer
Compensation:
$40,000 - $45,000 + Bonuses!
Expected Start date
: As soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Calls to prospective customers from an identified prospect list to qualifying and booking appointments for Sales team.
Cold Calling to professionals, businesses and potential clients promoting the company's products and services.
Conduct market research to gain insight into the industry and competitors as well as, provide suggestions on ways to better leverage the company products/services offered.
Track, monitor and report sales activities using our internal software.
Data entry and upkeep of our Customer Relationship Management database
Confirm appointments using multiple channels, for example Tele Conferences Calls, Virtual or Face to Face meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Obtain RSVPs/confirm attendance as well as encourage growth of new clientele for company events.
Handling complaints or questions from customers and clients
Guide new clients through a systematic screening process/checklist to facilitate making decisions around their needs and goals
Will be required to work evenings and weekends on occasion to attend events and/or make RSVP Sales calls
Other tasks/projects assigned by Direct Manager
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a telemarketer or lead generator specialist
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Proven track record in reaching sales quota.
Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Post-Secondary education (Preferred)
Mortgage, Investment & CRM experience will be considered an asset.
Able to work well independently as well as, within a team.
Typing skills of a minimum of 45 wpm.
Social Media Knowledge will be considered an asset.
Mandatory attendance in Company & Community Events
Flexible Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:30pm - 9:00pm
Every 2nd Saturday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
