We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing strategies, and the ability to engage with customers in English. Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
Engage in negotiation processes to close sales and meet business development goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with overall strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
Have nice strong voice
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Background in marketing or business development is advantageous.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
