Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Telemarketer
to join our sales team. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers by phone and help set up appointments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a performance-based environment.Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads from provided contact lists Explain and promote our services to potential customers Identify customer needs and provide relevant information Set appointments or transfer leads to sales reps as needed Record call details and update the CRM system Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is a plus Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required
