About this Role:

We are seeking out a sales-driven individual who is proactive and energetic, with a passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment. This full-time Telecommunication Sales Associate role includes hands-on, comprehensive training that includes direct mentorship, in-depth sales and marketing training, as well as opportunities for growth within the role. In this role, the individual is expected to drive sales throughout multiple designated territories, working closely with customers while providing superb customer service to meet their individual needs.

Telecommunication Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are continually met with exemplary customer service Work closely and collaboratively with team members to meet and surpass sales goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, as well as equally perform and flourish individually Demonstrate excellent communication, unmatched customer service, and telecommunication skills in a people-focused setting Stay informed about products and services we offer, and be well informed about industry trends and promotions
Telecommunication Sales Associate Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)*
1-2 years of relative telecommunication sales experience (highly desired)*
Proven demonstration of a leadership or people-focused role working with others Self-motivated with a passion for telecommunications sales and customer service Possesses high communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse variety of clients and team members Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and apply knowledge in real time to meet customer satisfaction
