Introtel is currently seeking a: TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER We require a well-organized, self-motivated, professional individual to design, implement and support Introtel\xe2\x80\x99s high-end Telecommunications suite of products. Position Overview You will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing support of various communications solutions from manufacturers such as Mitel, Microsoft and Cisco. Education/Experience Requirements Candidates must have: \xc2\xb7 3-10 years of field experience with design engineering and implementation of Mitel suite of products including IP Telephony data networks with demonstrable experience in VoIP solutions \xc2\xb7 Experience in working with Industry standards Virtualization, Cloud Technologies, Unified Communications, Mobility, Wireless networks and Video collaboration \xc2\xb7 Experience with SIP Services and Wireshark \xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices \xc2\xb7 Understanding of protocols, such as, SSL/TLS, HTTP/S, S/FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SIP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP \xc2\xb7 Experience in networking concepts and services, such as VPN and TCP/IP \xc2\xb7 Handle routine tasks relating to telephony operations, support, service, installation, and maintenance for local, off-site, and remote. \xc2\xb7 Candidates must have minimum certifications of CCNA and experience with Microsoft Technologies such as Skype for Business and Windows Server 2012/2016. \xc2\xb7 Firewall, and VMware knowledge is a plus. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility required in dealing with our clients and internal support groups.
