Previous experience leading and managing a crew ? Comfortable working at heights ? Good physical condition ? Willing to work outdoors ? Willing to travel ? Mechanically inclined ? Safety minded ? Strong communication skills ? verbal and written ? Ability to interpret engineered drawings ? Knowledge of RF and DC drawings ? Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults ? Valid Canadian driver?s license is required ? Must be authorized to work in Canada ? Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and clients ? Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude!
