Key Responsibilities:



oCoordinate fibre construction projects in the Ingersoll region, acting as the central liaison between customers, municipalities, utility partners, and internal teams.

oSupport the Construction Manager and site Foremen with project planning, documentation, and execution oversight.

oPrepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, permit tracking, and compliance records.

oAssist in planning and coordinating daily and weekly activities for multiple construction crews, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.

oIdentify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery, proactively communicating risks and changes.

oProvide occasional support in managing yard logistics related to project execution (e.g., confirming material deliveries or coordinating equipment needs).

Qualifications & Skills:



oAt least 2 years of dedicated project coordination experience in telecom construction, with a focus on fibre optic infrastructure.

oStrong knowledge of Outside Plant (OSP) construction, including both aerial and underground fibre builds.

oDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or crews simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

oExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

oProficient in project tracking tools, documentation, and reporting.

oSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of adapting to changing project needs and timelines.
