Job Description

The Construction Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of the institutional and healthcare construction industry.

  • Coordinate construction project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and management.
  • Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and other financial aspects of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
  • Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality project delivery within the construction industry.
