Role Summary
The Technology & Systems Manager is the owner of internal technology ecosystem. This role ensures all systems, from hardware and user tools to workflow platforms and data structures, work seamlessly together to support scale, efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization. You will design processes, manage tools, integrate platforms, and support internal users, ensuring our technology stack consistently aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable value. This is not just IT support, this is a strategic role at the intersection of operations, technology, and process leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teck Stack Ownership
Maintain a clear, accurate map of all systems, integrations, permissions, and dependencies
Proactively evaluate new tools, upgrades, and opportunities for automation
Oversee hardware lifecycle, workstation provisioning, and platform administration
Internal Technical Support
Serve as first-line support for software, systems, and workflow issues
Troubleshoot errors, permission conflicts, and integration disruptions
Develop internal documentation, training modules, and user guides
Workflow Design & Optimization
Partner with departments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Map and refine workflows to streamline collaboration and handoffs
Deploy automation and governance rules within core platforms
Onboarding & Offboarding
Provision hardware, accounts, and system access for new hires
Ensure secure and compliant access deactivation during offboarding
Maintain standardized onboarding packages and user environments
Vendor & License Management
Manage SaaS vendors, renewals, licensing allocation, and compliance
Track utilization and ROI to ensure tools justify their cost
Data Hygiene & Governance
Maintain file structures, naming conventions, and permissions
Support data migrations and integrations across platforms
Ensure compliance with internal and external security policies
Technology Road mapping
Build and maintain a digital roadmap aligned with company objectives
Support strategic initiatives, platform modernization, and scalable growth
Translate business requirements into technical improvements and solutions
What You Bring
Experience:
5-8 years in IT operations, systems administration, or business systems analysis.
SaaS Mastery:
Expert-level administration of platforms (e.g., Monday.com) and user permission structures.
Operational Grit:
A background in manufacturing, engineering, or construction workflows is a major plus.
Communication:
The ability to translate complex technical disruptions into clear, patient solutions for non-technical users.
Bonus Edge:
Basic coding/scripting ability, AI literacy, and experience with ERP systems.
