Job Summary



We are seeking a Property Technology Systems Administrator to manage our IT ecosystem and support our users. This is a hybrid role requiring a strong background in Yardi Breeze or Voyager and General Systems Administration. Some local area travel to our buildings in Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby and New Westminster is required.

Key Responsibilities



Property Technology Implementation



Configure system workflows for tenant portals, maintenance ticketing, and automated rent payment processing (EFT/PAD) in Yardi Breeze*. Architect and implement any other PropTech as needed
Work with 3rd party consultants to implement recommendations on our SaaS configuration and workflows Manage data migration from legacy paper/digital records into Yardi databases, ensuring data integrity for tenant ledgers and lease abstracts. Develop and maintain AppSheetapps as needed to support maintenance functions and tenant workflows as needed Manage API integrations or data feeds between Yardi, Internet Listing Services (ILS), and the corporate website. Support the integration of reporting tools such as Looker Studio or PowerBI*

General Systems Administration & Security



Manage the full employee lifecycle, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, OU (Organizational Unit) management, group policy enforcement, audit log monitoring, file organization. Enforce MFA/2SV policies, Keeper and 1Passwordcompliance, manage permissions audits, and oversee data backup and disaster recovery procedures for cloud and local data. Administer on-site network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN/WAN), including modem & firewall configuration, WAP management, and troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues on the Ubiquitinetworking platform. Oversee physical cabling and network / CCTV deployment projects with contractors and perform small cabling tasks onsite. Administer our 3CXVOIP system, including troubleshooting, configuration, IVR and emergency response systems. Administer and support our resident managers to assemble multi-camera footage for documentation in UniFi Protect*
Administer and support access control system on KeyScan, Mircom and Unifi Access. Oversee design and deployment of new access control systems as needed. implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies (via Google Endpoint Management or similar) to secure company laptops and mobile devices. Oversee procurement, imaging, configuration, and maintenance of all workstation hardware, printers, and peripherals. Deploy ongoing software patches and updates

Technical Support & Operations



Provide technical support for internal staff of varying technical abilities, troubleshooting hardware, software, and general technology issues Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system Standard Operating Procedures, network diagrams, asset inventories, and user guides Research and deploy a corporate Intranet to centralize knowledge management. Train users on a regular basis to keep up with changes in technology

Web & Marketing Tech



Manage the technical deployment of the corporate website (DNS management, hosting, CMS updates). Oversee digital asset management for leasing, ensuring high-quality media distribution to marketing channels. Investigate and execute the development of floorplans for all units to use in online marketing

Qualifications



Technical Experience:

3+ years in Property Technology or IT Operations.

Core Stack:

Proficiency with Yardi Breeze or Voyager, Google Workspace Admin Console, Ubiquiti Network, Protect & Access, 3CX, Keeper, 1Password, Mircom, Keyscan

Networking:

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP routing, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls).

Soft Skills:

Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fluid environment and a flat hierarchy

Bondable, clean criminal record

BC Driver's License


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
