As the Technology and Cutover Lead, working alongside a team of experts, you'll be the architect for our smooth transition from current systems to the future. Reporting to the Director of ERP Implementation, you will dive into detailed planning, craft a comprehensive cutover strategy, and orchestrate activities that ensure a flawless launch.

What will you do?
Lead and prioritize multiple complex projects across departments, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic goals
Accountable for the development and execution of a comprehensive cutover plan, detailing every step including data migration, user training activities, and other cutover tasks for ensuring a smooth system launch
Coordinate with diverse teams to align cutover activities, manage tasks, and track progress to guarantee on-time delivery
Implement and refine project management best practices, leveraging cutting-edge systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Craft and implement robust stakeholder engagement plans, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the process
Guide multi-disciplinary teams of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Be a key member on a strong technical leadership team to move a transformational technology project into a live state
Qualifications
:Education, training and/or experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Significant project management experience in a complex environment
Experience managing large scale, enterprise wide technology projects including taking a significant project live
Experience developing and implementing public stakeholder engagement processes
Experience working with external consultants
A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered
Assets:
Masters Degree in a related field
Cutover experience with SAP projects
Additional certification and/or training in financial management; public administration; government relations; project management; and/or change management
Skills required for success:
Enhanced ability to communicate and collaborate with a wide range of partners, including senior management, staff, and consultants
Ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Utilize strong project management skills, methods, and techniques effectively
Demonstrate experience leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams
Utilize proven planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and implement impactful public stakeholder engagement strategies

Conditions of Employment and Work Environment:
1 temporary, full-time position up to 11 months in duration
Hours of Work: 36.9 hours per week, Monday - Friday. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from both home and the worksite
Salary: (Annually) $126,832.94 - $158,541.69
