Job Description

Sous l'autorite du Coordonnateur principal de qualite, le technicien(ne) qualite et laboratoire sera responsable de soutenir les operations quotidiennes du laboratoire et de contribuer a la realisation des objectifs de recherche. Ses principales responsabilites incluront :

Effectuer des analyses de laboratoire selon les protocoles etablis. Preparer les echantillons et les reactifs necessaires aux experiences. Respecter les normes de securite et les protocoles ethiques. Assurer le suivi des conformites pour toutes les certifications, incluant BRC, ainsi que la securite alimentaire. Effectuer l'analyse des compositions, de la microbiologie et des tests ATP. Etablir les listes d'ingredients et les tableaux de valeur nutritive des differents produits en respectant la reglementation en vigueur. Effectuer le suivi de la sanitation de l'usine. Effectuer l'etalonnage des equipements de mesure du laboratoire et/ou de production. Faire appliquer les reglements et politiques en matiere d'hygiene et de salubrite. Responsabiliser les employes face aux criteres de qualite et aux suivis de non-conformite. Assurer le suivi, la revision et le maintien des certifications suivantes : GFSI (BRC et FSSC 22000), HACCP, KASHER, C-TPAT et Biologiques. - Participer a la formation et a l'encadrement des employes sur les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication et les controles des points critiques, ainsi qu'aux autres points de controle.
- Executer les tournees de surveillance et les audits internes, et assurer le suivi des non-conformites relevees.
- Participer aux modifications de documents et de procedures, et en assurer la formation.
- Effectuer l'inspection a la reception des matieres premieres et proceder a l'analyse de celles-ci.
- Proceder a l'inspection qualite des produits finis.

Qualifications requises :

Vous detenez les competences suivantes :

- Diplome d'etudes de deux a trois ans dans un domaine lie a l'agriculture, a la biologie, a la gestion, a la logistique ou a la distribution.
- Minimum de neuf mois d'experience en tant que technicien de laboratoire en controle qualite dans le domaine de la production alimentaire et/ou de l'agriculture.
- Experience exigee dans la preparation et la gestion des solutions chimiques, ainsi que le respect des normes GFSI (BRC et FSSC 22000), HACCP, KASHER, C-TPAT et biologiques.
- Capacite a travailler en equipe (supervision, autonomie).
- Aptitudes en informatique requises.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Coordinator, the Quality and Laboratory Technician will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the laboratory and contributing to the achievement of research objectives. Their main responsibilities will include:

Performing laboratory analyses according to established protocols.
Preparing samples and reagents required for experiments.
Complying with safety standards and ethical protocols.
Monitoring compliance with all certifications, including BRC, as well as food safety.
Performing composition, microbiology, and ATP testing.
Preparing ingredient lists and nutritional tables for various products in compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitoring plant sanitation.
Calibrating laboratory and/or production measuring equipment.
Enforcing hygiene and sanitation regulations and policies. Empower employees with regard to quality criteria and non-compliance follow-ups.

Monitor, review, and maintain the following certifications: GFSI (BRC and FSSC 22000), HACCP, KOSHER, C-TPAT, and Organic.
- Participate in employee training and coaching on Good Manufacturing Practices and Critical Control Points, as well as other control points.

- Conduct monitoring rounds and internal audits, and follow up on identified non-compliances.

- Participate in document and procedure changes and provide training.

- Perform incoming inspections of raw materials and analyze them.

- Conduct quality inspections of finished products. Required Qualifications:

You possess the following skills:

- A two- to three-year degree in a field related to agriculture, biology, management, logistics, or distribution.

- At least nine months of experience as a quality control laboratory technician in food production and/or agriculture.

- Experience in preparing and managing chemical solutions, as well as compliance with GFSI (BRC and FSSC 22000), HACCP, KOSHER, C-TPAT, and organic standards, is required.

- Ability to work in a team (supervision, autonomy).

- Computer skills are required.
