MAIN FUNCTIONS
Relevant du Directeur de projets, ingenierie LHS,
le Technicien en automatisation
aura pour mission d'analyser les besoins en automatisation, de poser des diagnostics et de developper des programmes pour les automates et les interfaces operateurs.
Responsabilites
Analyser les besoins en automatisation;
Preparer des listes d'entrees-sorties des automates;
Programmer les automates Allen Bradley et les interfaces operateur iFIX de GE;
Effectuer des simulations (pre-verifications operationnelles) avant les mises en route;
Participer a l'installation et a la mise en route de nouveaux equipements;
Configurer des instruments de mesure, variateurs de frequences et autres composantes;
Diagnostiquer les defaillances des equipements existants et proposer des solutions correctives;
Evaluer les besoins en composantes (instruments, variateurs, etc.);
Contribuer a la redaction d'analyses fonctionnelles;
Participer a la formation des operateurs et/ou superviseurs et autres personnes concernees;
Supporter l'equipe de production apres la mise en route des equipements;
Collaboration avec differents secteurs (production, maintenance, etc.);
Participer a differents projets speciaux.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required
Detenir un DEC en automatisation, electrotechnique, instrumentation ou domaine connexe
Posseder au moins trois (3) ans d'experience en automatisation ou domaine connexe
Maitrise des automates Allen Bradley et iFIX de GE
Bonne connaissance en authentification API (Token, OAuth, etc)
Bonne connaissance des scripts VBA
Bonne comprehension des protocoles http (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE);
Savoir manipuler des formats JSON et XML
Tres bonne maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word et PowerPoint)
An asset
Experience dans un environnement reglemente (GMP, ISO, etc.)

Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite, en francais comme en anglais
