Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments for field service technicians
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer information
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Provide administrative support to the field service team as needed
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or administrative role
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
