En tant que technicien(ne) de service, vous serez responsable du diagnostic, de l'entretien et de la reparation des vehicules Lucid Motors. Vous demontrerez votre passion pour le transport durable et saurez resoudre les problemes de maniere creative dans un environnement dynamique.



En tant que technicien(ne) de service, vous devrez obtenir les certifications ASE dans un delai de 6 a 8 mois suivant votre date d'embauche. Lucid remboursera les frais associes a la reussite de ces certifications.


Responsabilites:




Reparer avec confiance les problemes mecaniques de base et majeurs, ainsi qu'effectuer des diagnostics electriques et mecaniques de base. Maintenir un niveau eleve de connaissances sur les systemes Haute Tension (HV), Basse Tension (LV) et les systemes des vehicules electriques en general. Suivre correctement les procedures de documentation des ordres de reparation, notamment la regle des Trois C. Utiliser efficacement les logiciels appropries afin de documenter de maniere complete et precise toutes les interactions avec les vehicules des clients. Communiquer et collaborer efficacement avec les autres membres de l'equipe de service (conseiller, gestionnaire, etc.) ainsi qu'avec les clients. Etre en mesure de demontrer et d'enseigner les competences et connaissances techniques acquises a d'autres membres de l'equipe. Faire preuve d'attention aux details et demontrer une passion pour offrir des experiences positives aux clients. Etre capable de travailler a distance et de soutenir l'equipe de service mobile au besoin. Effectuer toute autre tache assignee.

Qualifications :




2 a 5 ans d'experience en tant que technicien(ne) de service automobile, y compris une experience prealable en diagnostic et reparation de vehicules electriques (VE) et hybrides electriques (HEV). Certification CPA Classe 1,2 ou 3 Connaissance des systemes Haute Tension, Basse Tension et des groupes motopropulseurs electriques. Experience avec la clientele et excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale. Capacite a utiliser des applications telles que Microsoft Office et a apprendre des logiciels de gestion DMS proprietaires. Certification Halocarbure (H) Volonte de suivre la formation en reanimation cardio-respiratoire (RCR) offerte par Lucid apres l'embauche. Permis de conduire valide sans suspension au cours des 12 derniers mois.

Qualifications souhaitees :




Certifications ASE. (7 Modules) Experience dans l'entretien et la reparation de vehicules de luxe.

As a

Service Technician

, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles. You will demonstrate your passion for sustainable transportation and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. As a Service Technician, it is expected to have ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire date. Lucid will reimburse the cost associated with successful completion.

Responsibilities:



Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis Maintain a high knowledge level of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all customer vehicle interactions Effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team (i.e., advisor, manager, etc.) as well as customers. Ability to demonstrate and teach learned technical skills/knowledge with others Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences Ability to work remotely and support mobile service team as needed Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:



2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including previous experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair CPA certification Level 1,2 or 3 Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software EPA 609 Certification Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire Valid driver license with no suspensions within the past year

Preferred Qualifications:



ASE Certifications Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.

Compensation Range

: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits

: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (hourly)


$32 - $44 CAD
