Au sein d'une equipe de travail dediee et professionnelle, vous interviendrez en tant que specialiste technique aupres du responsable des impressions et des envois de releves annuels/lettres des participants. De plus, vous apporterez votre soutien a l'equipe de support dans divers mandats, selon les besoins. Vos differentes responsabilites vous permettront de mettre a profit vos capacites d'analyse au quotidien et d'apprendre dans un environnement stimulant.

As part of a dedicated and professional work team, you will act as a technical specialist supporting the manager responsible for printing and sending annual statements/participant letters. Additionally, you will provide support to the support team in various assignments, as needed. Your various responsibilities will allow you to use your analytical skills on a daily basis to learn in a stimulating environment.

Vos responsabilitesParticiper a la production des instructions d'impression a transmettre aux divers fournisseurs et assurer le suivi de ces travaux; Participer a la facturation reliee au processus d'impression, au besoin; Gerer l'inventaire de la papeterie; Rediger differentes procedures et/ou documentations techniques; Participer a la mise en place de projet d'amelioration; Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes;

Qualifications rechercheesEtre en voie d'obtenir un BAA en administration, une technique en administration ou tout autre formation equivalente; Avoir une bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point); Faire preuve de minutie, d'initiative, d'esprit d'analyse et d'organisation dans son travail; Faire preuve de flexibilite et de disponibilite, savoir gerer ses priorites et respecter les echeanciers; Etre bilingue, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit et avoir de tres bonnes aptitudes en communication;

Your responsibilitiesParticipate in the production of printing instructions to be transmitted to different suppliers and ensure the follow-up of these tasks; Participate in billing related to the printing process, as needed; Manage stationery inventory; Write various procedures and/or technical documentation; Participate in the implementation of improvement; Perform all other related tasks;

Qualifications requiredBe in the process of obtaining a BBA in Administration, a technical degree in Administration, or any other equivalent training; Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Demonstrate thoroughness, initiative, analytical skills, and organizational abilities in your work; Show flexibility and availability, know how to manage priorities and meet deadlines; Be bilingual, both orally and in writing, and have very good communication skills;
