Job Overview:We are seeking a Working Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of our overhead door company. The ideal candidate will have experience in overhead door installation.Responsibilities:- Management of a team of 6-10 technicians and support staff- Review invoices for customers for submission- Managing the safety program for the company- Prepare quotes for customers- Scheduling the work days for the technicians and support staff.- Take calls and answer questions from customers and suppliers.- Previous management experience is an asset.- A willingness to learn skills related to commercial doors and dock leveller repair and installation is a requirement.- Assist the technicians with repairs when required.- Strong organizational skills is required- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook an asset.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00-$32.00 per hourExpected hours: 45 - 50 per weekSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
