Ink Inplant Technician

Location:

Amherst, Nova Scotia

Shift: Continental

Shift (Rotating Schedule, Days, Nights, 12-Hour Shifts)

Pay:

Based on experience

Overview:

Under minimal supervision, color matching, formulating, and small batch blending support on-site at our customer location.

Essential Job Functions

Color matching Mixing & preparing ink Quality control testing to meet customer specifications Coordination & control of inventory levels Customer service Troubleshooting Monthly/weekly reporting Flexibility to work on a continental shift rotation Work closely with the Sales & CTS team

Required Education and Experience

Experience with X-Rite is an asset Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset Computer literate Strong interpersonal skills Reliability is a must Ability to multitask Desire to delight the customer Post-secondary education in chemistry or equivalent experience is a plus
