About the role

This position will report to the In-Plant Manager and will be responsible for representing hubergroup on the customers premises and serving our customer in respect of all ink related product requirements in a professional and supportive manner. The successful candidate will ensure a pro-active and uninterrupted production flow for our customer with hubergroup products and services by developing an in-depth knowledge and insight of our customers production requirements.

What you'll do

Colour Matching

Production of ink batches

QC of ink batches

Formula maintenance

Afterhours service

Inventory control of standard, consignment and STO ink and base orders

Maintenance of ink room and storage areas

Responsible for care and maintenance of all on site equipment

Submitting various reports as requested e.g. service reports, production reports, attendance reports, overtime reports, BOM reports etc.

Attend customer production meetings as requested, to streamline production efficiencies and continuous improvements

Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate will be a strong, motivated, self-starter with a sound work ethic, and good computer skills.

As well as:

Requires good communication skills

Able to work, prioritize, and complete tasks without direct supervision.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Must pass colour test.

Must be able to lift/move 25kg
