We are currently hiring a full-time

Licensed Automotive Technician.

The compensation for this role is between $26 - $35 based on experience. To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality work and exceptional service to our clients.

What we expect from you:

Special effort to demonstrate our shared values (see below). Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles in line with manufacturer standards. Provide accurate estimates of repair time and costs when requested. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work performed. Stay up-to-date on technical bulletins, recalls, and service advisories. Work collaboratively with the Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure efficient workflow. Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper use of equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Deliver high-quality workmanship that contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables:

Must hold a valid Automotive Service Technician license Proven experience working as a licensed technician in a dealership or repair shop setting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Professional appearance and demeanor.
