Install machinery Repair and maintain machinery Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects Test machines and equipment Inspect assemblies for alignment, symmetry, dimensions, fit and quality of workmanship Inspect aircraft assemblies for adherence to engineering specifications Assemble, fit and install pre-fabricated parts and subassemblies Assemble and fit pre-fabricated parts to form subassemblies Read blueprints to determine work requirements
