Are you passionate about turning complex technical content into engaging learning experiences? Join our growing Learning & Development team and help train the next generation of aerospace engine technicians!
We're looking for a Technical Training Designer to create both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning content for our engine repair and production teams. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to design impactful training that supports safety, quality, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:Design ILT materials and interactive eLearning modules
Apply adult learning models like ADDIE, SAM, and 70-20-10
Collaborate with SMEs to simplify complex aerospace concepts
Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and LMS platforms
Help shape scalable, high-impact training programs
Qualifications:1-5 years of experience in instructional design or technical training
Experience with ILT and eLearning development
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Aerospace or engine systems experience is a plus, not a must
Strong communication and content development skills
