The Senior Training Designer/Developer will configure Horizon Total Learning Architecture (TLA) components, establish data interoperability (so learner activities in Moodle and simulators produce unified learner records), implement a learning analytics framework, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
You will also configure content delivery components and create new, or integrate existing, training content into the Synthetic Training Hub and Horizon content delivery systems.
