Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Automation Test Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• Estimate, plan and co-ordinate automation related activities
• Identify test approach and scenarios
• Evaluate Test data against expected scenarios and create data models
• Maintain Test artifacts across releases
• Lead co-ordination with intersecting organizations as needed
• Co-ordinate with offshore / onshore teams of dev and testers
• Provide solutions for automated data flow and integration testing
• Partner with development team to implement a full automated testing value chain from Unit, System and integration levels
• Proficient is one programming language
• Knowledge of automation tool and frameworks
• Excellent communication, organizational, planning , presentation skills
• Excellent time management and commitment
• Pioneer agile engineering methods and best practices
