Description
Conduct targeted talent searches using Boolean strings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, GitHub, and more
Research and identify qualified candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, PMs, etc.)
Draft and optimize outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn messages) to improve open and reply rates
Maintain and update candidate pipelines using spreadsheets, Airtable, Notion, or CRM tools like Pipedrive/Lemlist
Collaborate closely with recruiters to align sourcing strategy with hiring priorities
Support light data analysis and reporting (e.g., response rates, sourcing funnel metrics)
Requirements
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in communication
Strong understanding of the tech industry and roles (past sourcing/recruiting or tech-related experience preferred)
Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
Comfortable with Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, etc.)
Familiar with email automation tools and candidate tracking workflows
Able to handle basic data tasks (e.g., filtering, cleaning, analyzing data in Excel/Sheets)
Based in North America and legally able to work (student, PR, or citizen welcome)
