Job Description


On behalf of our Healthcare client based in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Site analyst / Business analyst (x4) to join our client\'s team on a contract basis.Summary of the Role:
Working on the Digital Health Innovation team, a digital transformation program focusing on the end user and the end-to-end health services journey for everyone in British Columbia.
The role will include Business Analysis and project-related support activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of project execution and documentation, facilitating the involvement of clinical stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively, adapt to evolving project needs, and contribute to the success of our dynamic and multifaceted projects. * Support the project lead in achieving project objectives

  • Guide discussions and facilitate effective communication among team members and clinical/non-clinical stakeholders
  • Manage processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals
  • Handle logistics and resources for various project activities
  • Assist in documenting processes, decisions, and outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions
  • Provide updates and feedback to the project lead and project team
  • Identify and analyze project risks, proposing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • Support stakeholder engagement (e.g., Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendor partners) as required.
Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, administration, project management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing project needs and priorities
  • Experience working in BC Health Authorities considered an asset
  • Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR systems considered a strong asset
