Solid customer service focus with experience providing support to remote users

Technical Skills:
1+ years of customer service (answering calls and handling tickets) experience is a must
1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk profile or Managed Service Provider is a must
Experience with Desktop Support Troubleshooting ( Windows 8/10/11 and MacOS)
Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Exchange Online
Working knowledge of basic Networking concepts ( VLAN, Default/Static Routing, VPN)
Working knowledge of VOIP system (FreePBX)
Experience with troubleshooting peripherals ( Printers, scanners etc)
Experience and knowledge of virtualisation is a plus (VMware/Hyper-V)
Mikrotik experience is a plus
Qualifications:
Post-secondary program in Computer Sciences Information Technology
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification preferred
Certifications in VMware (VSP, VTSP, VCP) and Microsoft (MCP) beneficial
Hands on following Vendors will be considered an asset:
Microsoft
Cisco
Fortinet
Mikrotik
