IMMEDIATE OPENING - Technical Support Specialist Level II Clarke North America div of TFI International is premium transportation services provider in Canada. Currently, we are searching for an experienced Technical Support Specialist Level II to join our team in the Concord Office. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of work experience in providing technical support for Windows servers applications and Office 365. The candidate should have the ability to show leadership in the helpdesk team. Strong communication skills both oral and written are required. Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xa7 Show leadership while assisting users with a range of technical issues. \xef\x82\xa7 Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes. \xef\x82\xa7 Assist with the deployment and maintenance of Windows, Office 365, Teams, Webex, and helpdesk system. \xef\x82\xa7 Support server applications, including databases, e-mail, print services and backups. \xef\x82\xa7 Perform computer and security audits, and system backups and recovery. \xef\x82\xa7 Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues. \xef\x82\xa7 Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare hardware for users and deploy software applications remotely using remote support applications. \xef\x82\xa7 Provide timely updates on the tasks assigned. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to provide support after hours and weekends on rotation basis. \xef\x82\xa7 Experience working with iSeries/AS400 environment would be an asset. \xef\x82\xa7 Experience working with Truckmate or other TMS would be an asset. Qualifications: \xef\x82\xa7 Completion of 3+ year of post-secondary education. \xef\x82\xa7 Certification in network management and Windows server administration. \xef\x82\xa7 Thorough working knowledge of Cisco / Fortinet routers and switches, and network management tools. \xef\x82\xa7 Expertise in WAN design, routing protocols and routed protocols, and IP addressing concepts and standards. \xef\x82\xa7 Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Webservers, FTP servers, Office 365, MS Teams, Webex. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and routine duties. \xef\x82\xa7 Self-motivated, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. \xef\x82\xa7 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and ability to travel locally may be required.
