Laundroworks is an IoT technology company that is at the forefront of digitizing self-service laundry facilities. We develop an NFC-based payment system, wrapped in real-time connectivity and supported by advanced management software.
We develop and manufacture the technology in-house: Connected reader modules that control the laundry machines, payment kiosks, management software, and a novel NFC-based Tap-to-Pay App

Our office is in North York, near the 401 and a 10min walk from the TTC subway, but of course you will have the flexibility to work remotely. Candidates must be within a commuting distance.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, experienced Technical Support Specialist. Using your deep knowledge of our system - from how our readers interface to the laundry machine controls, all the way through to our
Mobile App configurations - you will work with our customers to troubleshoot new system installations and existing deployments.
The job requires critical thinking and logical troubleshooting skills.
