You\'ll promptly address clients\' financial questions and resolve billing, funding, and disbursement issues to ensure smooth donation flows. Additionally, you\'ll support clients with financial data and reconciliation needs.In this role, you\'ll collaborate with Financial Operations, Client Success Managers, and other internal teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients and Benevity. Your financial expertise, communication, and problem-solving skills will position you as a trusted advisor, empowering clients to effectively manage their programs.What you\'ll do:
