Job Summary Requires an IT Support Technician - Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support and training (customers and in house staff)
  • Help users solve their technical issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Install, set up, configure, test, operate computer, mobile devices, payment terminals, peripheral devices and other various software/hardware components
  • Networking and cabling Experience required
  • Document step-by-step solutions for common issues
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 & up
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with installing/replacing computer hardware
  • Experience with Networking and wiring
