Job Description
Job Summary Requires an IT Support Technician - Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support and training (customers and in house staff)
- Help users solve their technical issues in a professional and friendly manner
- Install, set up, configure, test, operate computer, mobile devices, payment terminals, peripheral devices and other various software/hardware components
- Networking and cabling Experience required
- Document step-by-step solutions for common issues
- Knowledge of Windows 10 & up
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with installing/replacing computer hardware
- Experience with Networking and wiring
