Technical Support Representative

About the Role



As a

Technical Support Representative

, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing prompt and professional assistance with technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. You'll work closely with our IT specialists to troubleshoot problems, escalate complex cases, and ensure each client receives exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues in a timely manner. Escalate unresolved incidents to higher-level technical teams when necessary. Document all service requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the company's CRM or support platform. Assist in onboarding new users, configuring devices, and managing user accounts. Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and remote connectivity solutions. Provide guidance and training to clients on best practices for IT system usage. Participate in ongoing improvement of support processes and documentation.

Qualifications



Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with remote desktop tools and support ticket systems is an asset.
