We have full time opportunities for experienced and dynamic Hotel Technology Client Support (HTCS) Technical Support Professionals at our Saint John, NB Office. We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently we offer flexibility for our teams to work a hybrid schedule which provides the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

The Hotel Technology Client Support Team (HTCS) is dedicated to providing 24/7 real-time IT support to all Wyndham hotel brands, making over 400,000 contacts a year. This Team primarily provides support for our property management systems as well as ensuring communication is active with the central reservation system.

Technical Support Professionals are responsible for providing friendly and professional "Count on Me" service to our properties while assisting with project work. You will use your proven analytic and troubleshooting skills to find solutions to technology based problems and be responsible for working with our hotels through a number of different sources including phone, chat, and email. The Technical Support Professional will assist properties with revenue reporting and property management system accounting.

Reporting to an HTCS Supervisor, you will have a demonstrated two (2) years' experience working with computer hardware/software, computer networks and TCP/IP standards, one (1) year post-secondary education will be considered an asset and previous experience in the hospitality industry would be preferred. Your strong customer service, communication and basic financial knowledge are keys to your success as a Technical Support Professional I, Hotel Technology Client Support.
