We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional IT assistance to our users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of computer networking, operating systems, support tools, and logic to deliver timely solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot software issues, including application errors internal and external programs.
Assist users with problems and general inquiries
Assist in development of internal systems and platforms
Manage service requests and communicate effectively with administration and users regarding updates and timeline
Configure and maintain security measures to ensure data protection.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users to facilitate understanding and resolution.
Skills
Strong knowledge of operating and email systems
Understanding and comfort with AI systems
Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques for common desktop applications.
Understanding of computer hardware components and basic maintenance procedures.
Effective communication skills to explain technical issues clearly and professionally.
