Job Description

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Provide client support and technical issue resolution via telephone and email Analyze problems, answer questions, and provide training to customers on various software products Provide regular updates to customers with open support issues Generate service tickets promptly and accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a proactive approach with customers Work on-call rotation for 24 / 7 support for customers. Could include travel to customer site as required Scheduled shift will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm in office. Assist with hardware staging and software configuration of point of sale systems Maintain necessary certification through NCR training programs as required by NCR and Pineapple Bytes Project management as it relates to programming, installation and training aspect of new installations - including internal coordination and customer communication Install Point of sale hardware and software solutions including routers, switches, wireless access points and desktop machines Monitor all client network systems to ensure availability and stability, using both automated tools and manual reviews according to performance Troubleshoot and diagnose network and workstation problems Learn new products and diagnostic tools through hardware and software certification programs Other job related duties as assigned
Develop and nurture strong relationships within the hospitality industry and maintain these relationships long after a sale is made

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
