Job Description


Job Summary
Working under minimal supervision, this executive is responsible for the development, and success of our strategic, standard, and non-standard partnerships in Imaging. This client executive will work closely with Solution Specialists and Operational Specialists and own the plan and execution of expanding the footprint of the Imaging portfolio within a territory and ensuring delivery of commitments to achieve revenue.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify market segments and prospects who could benefit from strategic technology relationships with Imaging
  • Map existing and upcoming technologies to customer use cases and/or partner products
  • Gather requirements for solution readiness in key Territories:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solution readiness in key Territories
  • Work with Offering Management leadership to set geo prioritization and strategic market entry/success plans
  • Ensure that signed strategic deals move through to successful implementation
  • Serve on broader strategic deal teams on behalf of the imaging business
  • Manage key partnerships ensuring revenue commitments are achieved

  • Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for business unit, major country, or international projects or programs. Responsible for committing multiple resources and achieving customer satisfaction, cost, expense, revenue and other business measurements of critical importance. Responsible for quality output/value add for highly visible products, services and future business development.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 10+ years of experience in business development/sales in Medical Imaging and Health IT
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust to influence at the C-suite
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Strong executive presence, verbal and written communication and presentation skills to executive audiences
  • Ability to logically address challenges and recommend mutually beneficial pathways
  • Ability to effectively manage and balance the needs of the organization with the interests of the partner
  • Understanding of market dynamics in healthcare
  • Understanding of the process of building clinical support for new technology
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to influence and build trust to achieve new partnerships and growth from existing
  • Ideally combined background of technical and business development experience in healthcare imaging
  • Inclusive and collaborative driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
  • Bring strategic perspective, business development skills and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
  • Highly organized and have experience working with teams in a matrix environment (internally and external) to achieve objectives
  • Healthcare industry technical knowledge such as IT networking, internet technologies, cloud and application deployments would be an asset; medical imaging preferred
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

Education and Certification Requirements
  • College or university preferred or minimum of 10 years of industry experience.

Work Environment
  • Travel – approx. 30% internationally with customers
  • Home Office location at the Mississauga Office in Canada
