Main Duties
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this position supports SIGA\'s technical infrastructure, and contributes to operational efficiency, by providing 1st tier support to system users.
Responsibilities include: Providing courteous, timely response and troubleshooting of incoming user software and hardware problems. Maintaining technical documentation, logs, and inventory records. Handling set-up, installation, support and maintenance of Casino technical equipment. Participating in the roll-out and maintenance of software and hardware. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to support the business productivity of SIGA employees.
