This role is focused on increasing revenues and profitability for our Technical Services (TS) line of business. In this position, the Project Manager will be responsible overall for managing all aspects of TS project execution to assure it's completed safely, on budget and exceeds customer's expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare quotes or bids assure all costs are recognized and the quoted dollars meet required margins.
Manage the materials found in the scope of work. Secure appropriate approvals.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on budget and exceed the customer's expectations.
Work with the Coordinators to schedule the work.
Meets with customers to participate in job walks to understand the scope of work and any issues that may impact costs and execution.
Works to correct service errors, and reinforce proper service procedures with local staff
Developing action plans to initiate improvement in struggling TS branches
Works with central TS Operations to drive strategic goals forward in Retail operations
Provides local branch support as needed to standardize service offerings Work with customers and branch operations to schedule services within contract requirements and customer expectations.
Follow up on jobs with operational team and customers to assure work completed satisfactorily, issues resolved, invoiced, and monies collected
Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of working as a Project Manager and client facing customer service.
Chemistry/environmental Sciences Education or industry work experience
In-depth training in Health and Safety and ability to explain/enforce all procedures.
Exposure to Waste Management services industry.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid Driver's License is required
Ability to travel 50-75% of the position.
