Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates Oversee the preparation of sales and orders Promote sales to existing clients Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service Conduct sales transactions Prepare and administer sales contracts Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services Resolve product and service related problems Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Provide customer service Maintain and build own clientele
