Service Desk Administrator/IT Support - $21-24 an hour

What\'s in it for you?
- $21-24 an hour + 4% vacation pay
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- Clean and safe work environment
- 4-6 Month contract, potential for permanent hire
- First point of contact for IT related Service Desk tickets
- Deployment and assignment of hardware and computer systems
- Inventory tracking of hardware and materials
- Communicating with third party vendors if needed for any IT/Hardware/Software issues, escalating as needed and updating end users with findings until resolution is reached
- Issuing system accesses for specific users based on departmental requirements
- Any duties as assigned by the onsite supervisor and IT team.
- Positive, can-do attitude
- 2+ years in an IT related field and educational background
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and excellent problem solving skills
