As a Technical Sales at Accuenergy, you're part sales, part solution engineer. Customers will rely on your expertise. You will translate their requirements into an answer solved by Accuenergy solutions. From nurturing customer prospects to specify right products and verifying equipment commissioning.
Responsibilities:
Answer sales calls/emails
Diagnose and advise on best project or application fit
Gather project information, specifications and requirements
Manage projects, accounts, and updates using CRM
Become a customer consultant
Work with customer base to understand typical equipment, competitors, and other market analysis
Providing timely and accurate client feedback
Create on-demand documents such as, guides, procedures, and application papers
Work with other internal teams
Managing multiple accounts at a time
Follow up with clients to ensure needs wants desires are met
Host client meetings
Become subject matter expert in specific applications
Attend trade shows in North America and rest of world
Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or a related field) OR a three-year Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) diploma
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Proficient in MS Office & CRM
Knowledge of power and electrical systems
Ability to review, understand, and convey technical product information in an effective manner to a varied audience
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written formats.
Strong customer service skills
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience with B2B sales
Background in metering or electrical systems
Enjoy learning new skills, technologies, and products
Proficient in Spanish or French as a second language
