THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ON TRACK TO EARN $180,000 - $250,000 CAD IN THE FIRST YEAR, WITH AN UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL BASED ON PERFORMACEIF YOU MEET THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS AND ARE SEEKING A SELF-DIRECTED, MERIT-BASED AND AGILE ENVIRONMENT - WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU !RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Territory Business Development: daily grow our contact list and own Sales Pipeline through COLD CALLING, effective NETWORKING and market RESEARCH.
Conduct the FULL SALES CYCLE from Outbound Prospecting and Lead Nurturance to After Sales support, maximize revenue from repeat sales
Meet weekly and monthly PERFORMANCE KPIs and reach quarterly SALES TARGETS
Utilize Striven ERP to MAINTAIN ACCURATE CRM RECORDS daily, and perform all functions required to take a project from lead to completion (ERP training provided).
Learn and adhere to company PROCESSES, SOPs and PROTOCOLS.
COLLABORATE with Engineering team and Leadership to address client needs and project requirements, prepare proposals and estimates and initiate transactions.
Act as a client LIAISON AND ADVOCATE to identify and resolve issues and ensure smooth communication between client and team.
Actively pursue networking opportunities, including trade shows and other in-person events.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
MINIMUM 3 years of B2B OUTBOUND SALES experience is REQUIRED
DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL/COMPUTER or MECHANICAL ENGINEERING is REQUIRED
Degree and/or Experience in Control Systems or Robotics & Automation is REQUIRED
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Demonstrated record of MEETING AND EXCEEDING KPI\xe2\x80\x99S AND SALES GOALS
Demonstrated ability to DEVELOP B2B ACCOUNTS through a LONG SALES CYCLE and cultivate productive relationships with multiple stakeholders within the account

TECHNICAL (AUTOMATION) KNOWLEDGE:

Programming controls related devices, including but not restricted to: PLC & HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens, Omron)
Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Omron)
Barcode scanners and printers (Zebra, Keyence, Cognex, Honeywell)
Smart sensors (IO link devices, IFM, Balluff etc.)Additional technical training can be provided to the right candidate
