We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join our innovative technology team. Responsibilities
Lead technical sales efforts by understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions involving AWS, Azure, VMware, and Linux environments.
Conduct product demos and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities within target markets.
Provide pre-sales support by analyzing customer infrastructure, designing solutions, and preparing proposals that align with client needs.
Assist clients in understanding complex technical concepts related to computer networking, cloud services, and virtualization technologies.
Engage in project management activities to ensure smooth implementation of solutions post-sale.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies such as Python scripting and Bash (Unix shell) scripting.
Develop and deliver technical training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product understanding and usage.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the IT or cloud computing industry.
Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts, AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, and related virtualization technologies.
Hands-on experience with Python programming and Bash (Unix shell) scripting is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively from inception through delivery.
Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
Exceptional communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and technical presentations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with project management methodologies.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying current with industry developments.
