We're hiring a
Technical Sales Director
(or an experienced
Sales Manager / VP
) to lead Go-To-Market strategy and drive customer acquisition for our
ioTORQ LEAN SaaS solution
. You'll spearhead growth across North America in high-potential sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, and food processing.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, industry, and sales strategy.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end sales strategy and execution for our
IIoT / smart manufacturing software
.
Build and manage a dynamic sales pipeline, targeting mid-tear to enterprise-level manufacturers.
Develop strategic partnerships and nurture key customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing to shape demand-generation campaigns.
Support implementation teams during onboarding to ensure smooth customer handover.
Contribute to internal reporting, sales forecasting, and future team scaling.
What you bring
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
2+ years of technical or industrial B2B sales experience
(ideally software/SaaS).
Proven success in
closing deals
and building client relationships in Canada and/or the USA.
Background or familiarity with
Lean Manufacturing
,
Six Sigma
,
FMCG
, or
MES/ERP/SCADA systems
is highly advantageous.
Strong communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel across North America for customer meetings and events.
Location & flexibility
Base location: Vancouver or Toronto preferred (hybrid work model).
