Job Description

Procom is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. Reporting to the Team Lead of Recruiting, this role focuses on sourcing and delivering top IT talent through relationship-driven candidate experience. You'll work closely with Account Managers, engage directly with candidates through proactive outreach, and play a key role in meeting client hiring needs. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with strong technical recruitment skills looking to grow in a collaborative, high-volume environment.


Job Responsibilities:




Manage the candidate recruitment life cycle from sourcing to placement within the job order delivery cycle on assigned and unassigned roles. Achieve or exceed monthly targets associated with submissions, client submissions and placements and meeting monthly gross margin targets. Review and escalate questions to Team Lead and/or Account Manager on assigned job orders - roles assigned are of intermediate to senior complexity in nature (more complex technical environments). Deliver quality candidates to Account Managers that align with client expectations through continuous learning of new roles and technologies. Conduct research to understand client, role, technologies to effectively develop a sourcing strategy to attract candidates that align with client requirements. Responsible for recruitment tasks to generate quality candidate pipelines: Publish jobs in ATS utilizing the AI job generator to external job board. Conduct sourcing on National job boards (Monster, Indeed, etc.) with expert level Boolean search strings. Engage in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing to identify passive candidates at an intermediate level. Add and maintain candidates in the ATS and performing mandatory documentation of all delivery related activities. Review web applications, disposition applicants in the ATS, contact and qualify appropriate candidates and update accordingly in ATS. Evaluate and screen potential candidates against "Factors of Fit" (complete qualifying, testing, etc.) and send Right to Represent to qualify candidates. Engage candidates throughout job progress to keep informed on progress. Develop AM relationships to ensure positive job order delivery process and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with Prospective, Active and Placed candidates for open and pipeline positions and provide high quality, white glove service.

Skills and Knowledge Required:




2+ years of recruitment experience with a high standard for delivery. Proven experience in using cutting-edge recruitment methods and tools to remain at the forefront and deliver the best possible experience to Procom's clients and consultants. A desire to deliver the best quality candidate in a high pressured and time sensitive environment. Proven experience working within a team and creating a positive work environment and communication. A track record of proactively developing relationships with passive and active candidates using various methods, including cold calls, emails and referrals. Proven ability to utilize internal and online databases to source and identify candidates for current and future needs. Ability to deconstruct client technical, functional and behavioural job requirements to form a targeted candidate search strategy. Working experience with an applicant tracking system (Bullhorn, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication skills that will enhance internal communication as well as delivering above average presentations of candidates. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
