Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure & Customer Experience

Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, Downtown based team)

Type: Contract, 11 months

Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee the strategic retirement of a long-standing software platform and guide the evolution of infrastructure services that power core customer experiences.

This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate across engineering teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure seamless delivery of complex initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, from roadmap definition to delivery Facilitate technical design reviews, remove blockers, and drive alignment across teams Own stakeholder communications, ensuring clarity, transparency, and momentum Analyze data to inform prioritization and program direction Manage a team of engineers and contractors, running weekly sprints and backlog grooming Act as the bridge between infrastructure teams and internal customers, ensuring scalable, secure solutions Champion operational excellence, process improvements, and architectural integrity

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in technical program management Proven success working directly with software engineering teams Strong grasp of project management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality Experience driving roadmap strategy, cross-functional alignment, and release coordination Ability to dive deep into technical documentation and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with technical design principles (no specific tool mandates) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred--but we value skills and impact over credentials
