Job Responsibilities



Conduct a holistic assessment

of the current data ecosystem, including infrastructure, data pipelines, governance practices, analytics platforms, and delivery processes. Lead

architecture and data pipeline reviews

, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Evaluate and recommend improvements for

monitoring and observability

practices across data systems. Analyze existing

data product strategies

, ownership models, and stewardship frameworks. Assess

governance and metadata management

processes, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities. Review the

analytics tooling landscape

, aligning tools and platforms to business objectives and team workflows. Evaluate companies readiness for

AI-driven analytics and agentic Business Intelligence (BI)

capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, data, governance, and business units to gather insights and align modernization goals. Deliver a

comprehensive assessment report

with clear, actionable recommendations across each of the evaluated pillars. Translate findings into

strategic and operational roadmaps

, providing implementation guidance and prioritization frameworks.

Basic Qualifications



5 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or equivalent role in data modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise data strategy projects. Deep understanding of modern data architectures, cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and data engineering principles. Experience in data governance, metadata management, and data product lifecycle. Familiarity with observability and monitoring frameworks (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry). Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and modern AI/BI capabilities. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to distill technical insights into executive-level narratives. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a track record of turning complex assessments into actionable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries. Knowledge of agentic AI systems or LLM-powered analytics platforms.
